About the role The Logistics Coordinator will assist the Supply Chain department with overseeing logistics systems, process support and design of the reporting applications based on business requirements. This position will provide operational and administrative support to the Supply Chain department. Your responsibilities will include: Leading customs data collection and ERP data entry. Negotiate competitive freight rates and schedules. Generate monthly rate, volumes, and analysis reports. Coordinate all quality and improvement-related initiatives. Audit and report e-training on time completion. Receive and respond to updates and concerns regarding shipment status. Assist in shipping incident and damage investigations and determine causes and corrective actions. Complete customs paperwork for shipments destined outside of Canada. Work with supply chain leaders to build inbound and outbound logistical model capabilities Recommend process enhancements to improve service and efficiencies when possible Other duties as required.
